Description:	4 bedroom townhouse with 3 bathrooms. Have a room/s available in a brand new house in the Huapai Triangle. Spacious and modern 4 bedroom home. Big back deck area, upstairs and downstairs living spaces with all the modern amenities. Room has its own big bathroom. Currently one room is set up as a shared home office for me and the previous flat mate but could always be turned back into a bedroom if needed or can be shared as home office space. Own living area upstairs. Use of garage for small storage. Big kitchen and living room downstairs with another guest/main shared bathroom downstairs. All rooms have wardrobe organizers. Flatmate must be clean and tidy. Cleaner currently comes through fortnightly however flatmate is to keep bathroom and toilet clean, and clean up after themself. I am the head tenant, I work full time and have an 8yo who comes and stays on the weekends every fortnight. So you must be OK with children. Couples may be considered at an extra cost. Bond is 2 weeks + 1 weeks in advance :)
