Description:	4 bedroom house with 1 bathroom. Our home is a large Mt Albert bungalow on a quiet residential, tree lined street. The bedroom is a double room with an adjoining sunroom through French doors, looking onto the garden. Fully Furnished bedroom. This room is available for 6 months to the first week in November as family members are arriving from Canada for a visit early in November. We can walk to Mt Albert village for shopping or stroll down to the French Cafe for a coffee, so, centrally located. Sunny home and garden which has a relaxing and warm atmosphere. We share the cleaning that needs to keep our place clean and tidy. The gym is a 10 min. walk with public transport, both train and bus very handy. We are a quiet household, enjoy a laugh and are comfortable with our surroundings.There is also a full, seperate laundry with second toilet, hand sink and laundry sink. we have a swimming pool in the back yard. Netflix, TV with seperate sound system DVD we have one guest staying with us at the moment. No pets or smokers.
