Amazing location - 5 minutes drive from onramp. 15 min walk to Highbury (Main shopping centre). Short walk away from ferry terminal, dairy, cafes etc. We currently have 2 existing flatmates and a cavoodle. Flatmate in upstairs room (see image of drawings for layout) is very independent and rarely uses main space. Will mostly be living with one flatmate and dog (dog is away during the day).
