Description:	3 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms. We are looking for another special person to join us in our fabulous house. You'll have an average sized room with a double closet/storage space. There is a large back yard and an outdoor clothes line. You will share your bathroom with one other very clean person. This older wooden house has a big kitchen, gas stove, heat pump and a dryer. The house is fully furnished and well stocked so you will only need your bedroom furniture and personal belongings. Our ideal person will be an older professional who is relaxed, clean and reliable with a great sense of humour. You must love cats... or more specifically...just the one cat (she is special and doesn't like cats, herself) Because of our shift work, our home is not a party house. and you will have to be mindful and considerate of noise and time. If you are interested please send a bio about yourself and we can arrange a viewing. Moving in costs: 2 weeks rent in advance and 2 weeks bond No pets or smokers.
