Description:	3 bedroom house with 1 bathroom. One large sunny bedroom for rent in 3 bedroom house in Enderley. Living with the owner (me). Close by to enderly park and five cross roads. Must be tolerant of kids as I have a 8 year old son who stays 3 days every fortnight. Looking for longer term flatmate ideally someone who is chilled, respectful and generally just pays rent on time. I work evenings, so apart from when I have my son you will have the house to yourself most evenings Rent is 225 p/w and is inclusive of power, internet and common household items. (Toilet paper hand soap washing powder cleaning supplies.) Bond is 500 dollars and two weeks of rent in advance. The room has a queen bed, cabinet and small drawer. These can be removed if unneeded. You will need your own linen.and towels etc. The house is fully furnished and has plates, cups, cutlery etc and appliances (fridge, freezer, dryer, washing machine) for shared use.
