A 10 minute drive from the CBD or an easy and convenient bus ride, two rooms have become available in our warm and dry modern house in Vogeltown. Built in 2015, the house gets copious amounts of morning and evening sun with plenty of room set across 3 floors. All rooms easily fit a queen bed with additional furniture with large double glazed windows and a built-in double wardrobe. Huge modern bathroom is shared. For public transport users, the bus stop is right at the end of the driveway so plenty of options for you here and a very quick drive to the CBD. The house is ideally located, far away enough from the CBD to not feel like you're in a city but super close to all amenities. The landlord is looking for long-term oriented tennants e.g. a year at least. We're looking for someone who takes pride in where they live, tidy, sociable and fun :) Please note this is strictly a non-smoking flat of any kind, including vaping and is non-negotiable. Weekend viewings are preferable however I can arrange during the week as well.
