Very new build and the amenities are great! outdoor area for BBQ and a nice shared living space with a new 60 inch TV and furniture. And with super fast Fiber The house will be fully furnished and a bed can be supplied for your room if need be. You’re welcome to use all of the kitchen appliances (toaster/toastie machine/air fryer/slow cooker/dishwasher) & TV with Netflix & Disney+. There is also a washing machine available for you to use. We are looking for people who are socialble, clean/tidy, pay rent on time, respectful of others and take pride in where they live. We want people to make this house a home and hopefully some long term friends! Rent will be $250.00 per week plus $20.00 amenities. Amenities will include lights, water, wifi, netflix and basics such as toilet paper, dishwashing liquid/pods, hand soap and cleaning products Total move in cost is $770.
