The house is completely run on gas and the internal heating is controlled by a Google Nest which means you’ll be coming home to a warm house after work. There’s a new bathroom that has a shower and bath to suit whatever mood you’re in. There is also 2 seperate toilets, one located upstairs and the other downstairs. The kitchen leads out into the garden where you can enjoy the days when Wellington decides put on a show. Otherwise the house is short walk to Oriental Bay. Pets OK.
