There is a bathroom and toilet which is only used for flatmates which needs to be shared with the other 2 female tenants who are Massey University students. Included internet, water, power (Need to pay an extra 10 dollars for winter bill), laundry, kitchen and fridge. No pets in the house. Ideal single flatmate who either studies or works, tidy, clean, and friendly. No pets and No smoke.
