Features a single wardrobe for personal storage. Shared bathroom facilities, mainly used by one other flatmate for light needs, ensuring availability. Home Features: Enjoy relaxation on our sun-soaked deck. Stay cozy with a pellet fire during cooler months. Limited storage space available. Fully insulated and equipped with a whole-home ventilation system (HRV) for year-round comfort. Pet Policy: Must be cat-friendly as two amiable cats are part of our home.
