Description:	4 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms. Come join our spacious Alexander Street flat located close to Auckland CBD. We are three professionals, all guys in our late 20s to early 40s, working permanent jobs to facilitate our various pursuits in the arts. The ideal candidate is a mature and independent individual in the same age bracket as us. A good balance between self-reliance and sociability is preferable (i.e., no room dwellers). K Road is a 5-10 minute bus/drive or 15-minute walk. There is no weird energy or beef, I am happy to say! An offbeat, fun temperament is most welcome. We are left-leaning and very open minded. :-) Cinephiles and book collectors are a plus. The neighbours are nice and there is a WhatsApp group chat for our street. Upstairs is a communal dining area with table, it tends to be the most-used communal space. Downstairs is a TV lounge with second bathroom. We have a sunny back yard with deck outside.
