Description:	5 bedroom lifestyle block with 2 bathrooms. Looking for a flatmate, Rural 5 Bedroom house just out of Tahuna. 20 min drive to Morrinsville, Hour to Auckland, 40 Mins to Central Hamilton.... House is shaped like a L so basically you have your own end of the house with Shower, Bath and separate toilet as we have our own ensuite down our end. Room is roughly 5m x 5m so decent size, double wardrobe, and has built in draws. Has a double bed if needed. Sky, Netflix, Prime, wifi and power will be included in rent. Living with myself and my partner and our 3 cats (who keep to themselves). We are pretty laid back, don't mind a drink on the weekends but are not full time party people as I work split shifts so often sleep during the day through the week.
