Large open plan living area, opens on to deck and beautiful back garden. Underfloor ducted heating gives us a blissful cosy winter. Sharing bathroom with only one other. Bonus - gas cooking & a dishwasher! Super close to buses to the city, restaurants, bars, shops, theatre and beautiful Meola reef bush walk! House is on.a very quiet street with no traffic noise. There will be 2 other flatmates in single rooms one using another bathroom- myself, Rosa, and another male flatmate Dan. Rosa - artist/musician/yoga/ meditation teacher, youth mentor, and loves to cook vegetarian feasts. Dan is a fellow meditatior, surfer, life guard and engineer working in health product design. Both sociable and also like peaceul times and a healthy lifestyle. Al the current main longterm tenant/flatmate, (and amazing artist musician) is moving interstate and generously donating most of his stylish furniture, tv, white goods and some artwork to our home! Welcoming friendly clear communicators who enjoy contributing to the community of the house, but also respect quiet time and enjoy their own space.
