Description:	4 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms. Newly renovated house in Avondale. Still some work to do on the exterior which will happen over the next few months (landscaping,new deck). Must be ok with a boisterous dog (male boxer). Avondale train station a quick walk and lots of buses on great north road. You will have a very large room downstairs with your own large bathroom. We use the spare room downstairs to work from home. Lots of storage including a large storage cupboard just off the main bedroom. No pets or smokers.
