Its a large bedroom so there are plenty of room for you to add your personal furniture and decors. A previous flatmate managed to include a sofa and gaming station in this room. House looks old and tired from the outside, but inside is quite charming and well maintained. Comes with 3 beds and 2 baths. Very large backyard, might be of interest if you enjoy vege- gardening. 2 existing flatmates, both Females in their mid & late 20s. Friendly people, tidy and always respectful. Looking for another female to join the flat. Someone who can keep the house clean and tidy.. House rules: No party, No smoking, No loud visitors after 10pm . No pets or smokers.
