Description:	3 bedroom apartment with 1 bathroom. FLAT AVAILABLE ON THE TERRACE!!! Hi All, we have one room available on The Terrace. Very central location, just around the corner from Uni, 5 mins away from, Willis and Lambton Quay and a 7 min walk to Cuba St. 3 bedroom flat which has a sunny lounge, roomy kitchen and comes with a separate washer and dryer, dishwasher, heat pump and so on! The room itself is lovely with large windows to bring in light. It is unfurnished however does have a couple of shelves built into the wall and railing that can be used to hang clothes. Room is spacious enough for a double bed and desk. The other flatmate is a full-time working, part time studying female in her early 20s, and we are currently in the process of moving in another full-time working woman! Looking for another respectable flatmate. In their 20s would be preferable. Not a party flat and we are quiet, however always keen for a chat! :) Rent is $215 per week, bond of $400, utilities&internet costing roughly $30 per week.
