Description:	3 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms. Hi everyone! Current flattie is moving out on the 13th of May so we'll have a room available at our Birkenhead flat. Our house is sun-filled with two stories and a balcony overlooking the backyard on a very quiet street, with a walking trail at the end. Perfect for anyone wanting to get out into nature! The room is a double with built in wardrobe that gets lots of light during the day. Fits a queen bed and a desk or other piece of furniture. We're a guy and a girl in our late 20s and early 30s working full time in finance and music licensing. Pretty laid back, and busy with work and social stuff most of the time but happy to chat and chill too. We also have one cat named Ghost, so hopefully you like pets ?? but sorry, no other animals allowed. Looking for someone in their 20s-30s who has regular hours either at work or as a student, clean & tidy and respectful. No pets.
