Description:	3 bedroom house with 1 bathroom. Our lovely flatmate moved out to live with her partner which means a room freed up in our house. We are a social but quiet house. We like hanging out together in the lounge or on the deck but also each like to do our own thing. We have a good thing going at the moment and are looking for someone who will fit right in. The room: - medium-sized - furnished with either a single bed, a double bed or no bed (if you have your own furniture) - would easily fit a dresser or a desk (I can leave the table in the room or remove it) - gets morning sun - venetian blinds plus thick curtains which make it nice and dark for a long sleep-in or shift workers - can be rented out short- or long-term The house: - located in a quiet cul-de-sac - fully insulated - double glassed - large deck and garden - comfortable large lounge - fully furnished - fully kitted out kitchen You'd be sharing the house with 2 flatmates and 1 dog: - female house owner (40s / works full time in the Wellington CBD) - male flatmate (30s / works full time in Porirua) - an extremely well-trained 8 y/o heading dog cross who is the true ruler of the house Bond is $750.
