Description:	3 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms. Two (2) Bedroom Available Today – Prime Location at the Corner of Cable and Tory Street! We have two bedrooms available with an amazing view over Waitangi Park and Te Papa. You’ll be just walking distance from buses, shops, restaurants, and Raglan Roast for your morning coffee fix! The first bedroom ($330 per week), comes with a double bed, desk and a clothes hanger. Ideally you would only need a desk chair and a drawer set. The second bedroom ($380 per week), comes with a double bed, bedside table, and a desk with chair. You would only need a draw set. Both rooms can be furnished or unfurnished, please let me know your preference. Expenses are an extra $25 per week, which cover utilities and Wi-Fi. Bond is 4 weeks, plus 2 weeks rent in advance ($1,980, and $2,280 respectively). The apartment building features easy rubbish/recycling facilities, secure key-tag entry, and regular maintenance like lobby cleaning. You’ll be sharing the apartment with a professional female working in the public sector. She likes to share meals and a beverage while watching Netflix, but also respect each other’s personal space. She has an en-suite so you will be sharing the bathroom with one other flatmate. We’re looking for someone easygoing and responsible who’s looking to make this place their home.
