All works fine, about 3 years old, originally bought in the UK so we've used adaptor but just needs plug changing.

The only damage is to the soft case for one of the controllers (as in photo).

Comes with several games and motion sensor.And all wiring. And numchuks

Still have the box and instruction manuals too :)
