LAWNMOWER MAN: SEGA MEGA CD Demo - RARE!!!

I know what you're thinking: $30 reserve for a DEMO disc?! Are you nuts?!!

Well - yes! But that's beside the point ;-p

Lets delve into a bit of history, shall we?

'LAWNMOWER MAN' was originally released in 1994 for the "Sega CD" (Ntsc) in the States and the "Mega CD" in Pal territories. However, the Mega CD version was released with the wrong region code and had to recalled. An official PAL version was NEVER released!

However, a Demo disc was released exclusively with issue #16 of "Mega Power" magazine in the correct (Pal) format - which makes this Demo disc the only way you can play even a portion of the game on a Mega CD console without the use of 'Region free bios' or Modding.

Which also makes this Demo a sort-after collector's item for Mega CD game collector's!

There are no other copies of this disc here on Trade Me or Ebay so I have no indication of what this disc is worth. So unless you can educate me better - $30 will remain the reserve price :)

Disc itself is in very good condition and plays 100% as it should. There is a small "$10" written on label side of Disc which I'm sure will come off with rubbing alcohol.

There is no case or official sleeve for this demo but I will ship it in a bubble-wrapped CD case for best possible protection.
