== Order Confirmation ==

We will typically process your order the same day, and you will receive an order confirmation from our store.

If you order on the weekend your confirmation may be the next working day (you know.. kids sport and the likes!).

== Shipping & Delivery ==

Your package will be sent by tracked courier.

The courier will require a physical/street address for delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to a PO Box or Private Bag address.

The standard delivery hours are from 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday (except public holidays).

Once orders are shipped, they will typically arrive within 3 weeks. If we are made aware of a delay, we'll let you know.
