How do I take Hiprex? Hiprex contains the active ingredient hexamine hippurate (1g/tablet) and can be either used for short term treatment of UTIs or for prevention in long term sufferers.

Hiprex works best in an acidic environment so don’t combine Hiprex with urinary alkalinisers. Vitamin C tablets can be taken to achieve an acidic environment.
