Habitrol is used as an aid to stop smoking or to reduce smoking. The 4mg strength is suitable for people who smoke more than 20 cigarettes per day. Each gum contains Nicotine 4mg. Also contains sorbitol, xylitol, mannitol, saccharin and saccharin sodium. Gluten free.

DOSAGE

• Adults: chew one gum slowly when you feel the urge to smoke. Do not exceed 10 gums in 24 hours.

BEFORE USING HABITROL SEEK MEDICAL ADVICE:

• if you have had a recent heart attack or stroke
• if you have angina) chest pain that is not well controlled or getting worse
• if you have severe arrhythmia
• for children 13-18 years
• during pregnancy or breastfeeding
