Description
I'm selling my parent's Meditek DSP 100 stair lift. The lift has been used on an internal (18 step) staircase. It's been well maintained by Cremer since installed, and is in good working order.
This unique model allows you to safely travel up and down the stairs whilst standing. Highly customisable, the Stand and Perch is a great solution for those who have problems bending their knees.
The Stand and Perch comes complete with all the following features:
- Joystick control
- Lap belt
- Call and send units (a remote control)
- Continuous charging strip
- ICS diagnostic display
- Powered hinge (160kg)
- Telescopic seat post
- Pressure-sensitive surfaces
- Emergency holding switch
- Electromagnetic brake
- Barrier arm
- Key switch
The rail for this stair lift is 5.3m long, which was sufficient for the 18 steps of the staircase that it's been installed in.
Collection from Paparangi, Wellington is appreciated.

Just wondering if i win it do i need an electrician to set it up or foes it plug in hows it all work thanks my mum has stairs and suffers from alot of pain can hardly walk so want 1 for her j******6 (64 • 08:15 pm, Tue, 30 Apr )It's got a standard 3-pin plug charger which connects to a long thin cable that is plugged into the rail (which charges the chair). This runs at low-voltage DC, so won't need an electrician to install it. It wasn't very difficult for me to pull it apart to remove it from our stairwell, but you'll need someone who is a bit handy to install it. bedoingly (66 • Tuesday, 30 April 2024 )Heya, is this suitable for outdoors? c********3 (34 • 04:24 pm, Wed, 1 May )Probably not - it's not weather sealed, and has electrical gubbins inside the chair that wouldn't like getting wet. The chair is charged via a pair of copper tracks on the underside of the rail, and I suspect shorting them out wouldn't be a good idea either. bedoingly (66 • Wednesday, 1 May 2024 )
