Blackmores Fish Oil capsules taken as a nutritional supplement, are a natural source of the marine lipids omega-3 marine triglycerides, extracted from cold water fish. They provide an anti-inflammatory action within the body which may be beneficial for the relief of inflammatory disorders such as rheumatoid arthritis. Fish Oil contains the omega-3 triglycerides EPA and DHA, and can be taken as a dietary supplement. The omega-3 triglycerides have an anti-inflammatory activity in the body, and are indicated to relieve symptoms of psoriasis and eczema and to temporarily reduce the pain of arthritis and rheumatism.
