Beautiful homemade heat bag for sore shoulders and muscles. This was a gift but as i dont have a microwave it hasnt had a lot of use. Large and comfy to sit snug up against sore neck and shoulders or just keep you cosy in the winter months. A few small holes starting from wear and tear being transported around, and wasy fix for a crafty person.
