Ovulation Test Strips (sometimes called OPKs) are used to predict ovulation by detecting for a surge of LH (Luteinizing Hormone) in your urine.

Ovulation usually occurs 24-48 hours after you have received a positive test result. Positive is when the test line is as dark or darker than the control line.

Testing Instructions :

• Collect urine sample into a clean container
• Remove the test strip from the pouch
• Dip the strip into the urine sample for 5 seconds
• Lay it flat on a clean surface and read result within 10 minutes

Really handy item to have when trying to conceive, takes away the guess work around ovulation and great for those who don't remember to chart temperatures!
