There is alot of information about the chakras, this information has been around for centuries. Sometimes our energy can be blocked. Just like you can release stagnant energy with acupuncture and acupresssure, you can release the same energy through working with the chakras. If the chakras are blocked they can affect you in may ways, and by releasing them and getting the flow of energy going again, can have profound effects on our lives.
