Purchased at Harvey Norman when buying a Queen-size bed five years ago, this mattress protector was $200. We've always used an electric blanket on top of it, so - in a way - it's been a bit pointless, but certainly incredible protection for the bed's mattress. There is one small ladder run in the stretchy fitted section (see photo). This is beautifully-clean and just been laundered on a long extra-warm wash. Only selling, as we've just bought a king-size bed. I'm including a really nice cotton storage bag from Wallace Cotton.
