This listing is for 45m of all-natural hog casings 32-35mm in diameter. These casings are salted, meaning they are in their most basic form. Just like tubed casings, they are pre-cleaned and salted. The difference is that they come minus holding tubes and need to be thoroughly rinsed of salt both inside and outside before use.
NB: All the casings are salted, regardless of whether they are tubed or not.
This casing is more commonly used for Beef, Pork, Chorizo, Boerewors and Cotechino sausages. It will yield approximately 208 sausages or 25kg of fill (before cooking or smoking).
