Our Salmon comes from the cold pristene waters of Akaroa.They are only fed on fish products and no antibotics are used.We then cure using my own receipe and then cold manuka smoked. It is then sliced very thin and vacuum packed in 150grm packs
Will keep unopened in fridge for 3 - 4 weeks
We do not use any preservatives or chemicals ,and is GLUTEN FREE
