These are 32-34 mm Hogs casings The casing can be used with any sausage maker. The casing is preserved in natural salt and will keep in the fridge for at least 1 year. This length of casing should make about 5 Kg of the premium sausages. If 10 Meters is not enough, it is more economical to buy a 1/2 hank or a whole hank, see my other listings.
