These are 32-34 mm Hogs casings The casing can be used with any sausage maker. The casing is preserved in natural salt and will keep in the fridge for at least 1 year. This length of casing should make about 5 Kg of the premium sausages. If 10 Meters is not enough, it is more economical to buy a 1/2 hank or a whole hank, see my other listings. Included are instructions and 13 sausage-recipes. These will be send by email to save trees. You will also receive by email many recipes and step by step instructions to make your very best sausages. And you will receive links to a large bank of information on how to make Salami, bacon, ham, prosciutto, smokers, to much to mention. I guarantee you will be delighted like all the buyers before you.
