Children coming home hot and bothered? Are they restless at night? Too hot, or too cold? Then try these... They really do work, soothing in the heat, warming in the cold, versatile two for one item, which is great to use, safe, natural and soothing.

This one is made from a lovely licensed cotton material, featuring George Pig, from Peppa Pig, as Captain George on the front, and the back is a lovely, soft, blue fleece, lovely to snuggle into. This is a nice, size measuring 22 cm x 18 cm sewn in 4 segments to make it easier to place, stops the rice clumping. , It has Essential Lavender Oil in it, which, when heated ,,releases a lovely fragrance which relaxes and soothes.

Place in the Microwave for a minute with a cup of cold water, then check the temperature.,and place where needed, (or wanted, )for warmth,

Great to place over an aromatherapy cuddly, (many listed) for a minute..releases the fragrance and fills the room ,lovely . A few sets of ricie and pillow, are listed which are good value, or mix and match.

Can also be placed in the freezer for a few hours, in the bag provided, and used as a COLD COMPRESS for headaches, sprains or fever in children

.Very effective.. I always keep one of mine in the freezer for this purpose, nothing nicer on a cold day than a warm ricie, and nothing better on a hot day, than a cold one..the rice does not freeze solid, it cools down, and the material it is made with makes it quite suitable to hold against the skin with out fear of 'ice burns' The rice remains flexible within.
