If you return the goods within 30 days of date of receipt of goods unused and in their original packaging - we will refund or credit the full purchase price, excluding handling and freight.

All claims for goods damaged in transit must be made to the carrier immediately on delivery of the goods to you and you must advise us of this.

Shipping:

Free New Zealand Freight. Standard delivery only is provided for large items this is delivery by truck to pavement at ground level. Special arrangements will need to be discussed with us and may be charged for.
