Aquasana 4000 Dvpi Countertop Water Filter. Basically the same as the aquasana 4000 but it has a prefilter for extra filtration (as developed for China). We bought this in Hong Kong for use in mainland China and we used it as our main filtration system for drinking. There we did also boil the water (their water quality is particularly poor).

This comes with 4 prefilters but you can run the system with out them. You can see when they need changing as they go brown.

There is no main cartridge in this unit but I see you can buy them from http://www.vitality4life.co.nz for $85+postage. If you use this in China you can buy the main cartridge for 260rmb or about 60nz or Hong Kong 580/108nz (overseas pricing was from 2016).
