IKEA - KALLAX Bookcase 2x4 cube shelves

IKEA has updated and improved their famous EXPEDIT shelving units with a sleek, new design name KALLAX which is more durable and more child-friendly, but still fits all existing storage boxes and baskets - or your prized vinyl collection.

Picture 4 shows one set of 2x4 and one set of 1x4 side by side.

You can place the bookcase vertically or horizontally, for use as shelf or bench. Fittings for wall fastening are included. When perpendicular to the wall, it also acts as a room divider as it is finished on all sides including the back.

We have around 35 different inserts that are designed to fit in the cubes available if you are interested, including drawer insert, cupboard door insert and other inserts like fabric insert, plastic boxes, cardboard boxes, plywood boxes etc which can be purchased separately.
