Please note - the stand pole is purposely designed to have an angle to offset the pulling force from the retracting mechanism so the awning can be straight and vertical.

Warning - wind can cause damage to the product (when expanded). Please make sure you retract the side awning when it is windy (or it is likely to be windy). Please do not leave it expanded in any long-term (more than a few hours) unattended situations.

The package is over size hence it can not be delivered to rural or remote area . Sorry for the inconvenience
