Description
Make health your priority. There’s nothing quite like a 20-minute deep sweat sesh in a Sauna. Due to the heat, our core body temperature rises, which means blood vessels dilate and you gain increased blood flow. This speeds up the body’s natural healing process by soothing aches and pains and/or speeding up the healing of minor skin injuries like cuts and bruises. Mend and meditate as you feel more relaxed and rested.

Questions & Answers (2)
Does this work with a standard 10A wall socket? k**d (101 • 06:28 am, Wed, 24 Apr )Hey there, that's right. The Sauna will come with a pre attached 10 amp cable as well. Try to plug into a socket on an electrical circuit that is not shared with other large appliances. An RCD is not installed on the sauna. alpinespas_wlg (22 • Wednesday, 24 April 2024 )What the temperature range? k**d (101 • 06:30 am, Wed, 24 Apr )For the sauna to operate as intended and heat efficiently, it should be placed in a warm room, and not somewhere cold such as a garage. The heating capability of the sauna will be impacted by the ambient air temperature of the room it’s placed in. While the sauna can be set to a temperature of 70 degrees, the expected max temperature it should reach shall be roughly ambient air temperature + 40 degrees. alpinespas_wlg (22 • Wednesday, 24 April 2024 )
