This is a neat and properly vintage (possibly antique) piece of polished Aotearoa NZ pounamu (greenstone / jade), set in stamped 9K rose gold, complete with the original safety chain.

The clasp on the back is of the early simple loop variety, which is a good indicator of age. The gold stamp is on the rear, at approximately 2 o'clock position, just above the hinge on the pin.

It has a weight of 5.95g, and measures 37x23mm. Condition wise, it's in very nice order, some minor age appropriate wear to the metal per the photos, but no significant issues otherwise.

The gold has been professionally tested by a local bullion dealer using his lab grade XRF precious metals analysis equipment, so you can buy with confidence knowing the metal is solid, not plated, and of the purity stated :-)
