-POSTAGE: I recommend tracking. Standard postage has a 1% chance of getting lost in transit. Any items sent out via it are at buyer's risk. I DO NOT REFUND/REPLACE ITEMS sent by STANDARD post. I've never had a properly scanned tracked parcel go missing & they often arrive sooner.

-COMBINED POSTAGE If the items have different postage costs quoted, pay the higher of the two. If an auction lists 'QUOTE to combine postage' as the zero dollar option please get in touch with me to confirm postage before paying. Additionally if you're buying more then ten items please check in. If you're buying a mix of jewellery & books postage will increase slightly due to the books size.

-FREE POSTAGE On combined purchases over $100 (excludes sale items)

-PACKAGING: I package with care to ensure safe arrival. I've never had a transit breakage.

-POST TIME I aim to post within 48 hours of payment clearing. Local post is cleared Mon - Fri @ 2pm.
