These contemporary Egyptian cartouche jewellery pieces have been popular export (tourist) pieces for many, many decades amongst those who have traveled to that ancient part of the world.

Made of solid (thoroughly professionally tested!) sterling silver, I've hung them on two nice stamped sterling chains that hopefully complement them :-) Both cartouches are also stamped, but with small Egyptian silver marks (on the hangers). I'm not sure what the hieroglyphs spell out, sorry!

The oval cartouche measures 62mm in length including the hanger, with a chain of 41cm in length. The larger rectangular cartouche is 60mm long including the hanger, with a chain of 42cm in length.

Weighed together and with the chains, they have a total weight of 37.55g.

Condition per photos, they have some minor wear but no significant issues otherwise.
