I cannot figure out how to get to settings on an unpaired watch to check health. If anyone wants to send detail on how to do this I am happy to have a go! A typical day using it for me: wear all night to monitor sleep, early training (1 hour), charge while showering getting ready for work (30-40mins), wear all day and for PM training (session 90mins typically).
