A Silver TIMEBALL Pocket Watch Sterling Silver (800) Swiss Made as per photos. Have no idea how old it is. And it is called sterling silver, but its not actually sterling, as sterling is 925/1000 while this is marked 800, which is 800/1000 (so about 80 % silver purity - but to all intents & purposes, people call it solid silver, or sterling silver, even though, by definition, it is not. Now the watch does not go. Is used, has some little dents and faults etc, but it is what it is. The watch workings have Swiss Made stamped on it, but know nothing more than that. The back does not clip closed. It measures approx 34mm wide. It weighs approx 27 grams odd. (not all of that will be silver of course !!) So sold as is, sold as not going, sold as good for repair, fix up or parts. Hopefully I have done enough photos for you to see whats there, front and back, and their condition etc to decide for your self if they are of any interest to you. We allow pickups, but if you do not want to pickup, then we can send for you, on your behalf, at your risk. PO & Couriers do not cover antiques collectables, art & a whole heap of other things, so is sent at your risk. Please note the different postage options and choose the right one for your situation. (so if you are rural delivery, choose the Rural delivery option) And sometimes a higher postage price is their for combining auctions, depending on size & weight, but look through at the often several different choices.
