As a Financial Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the financial operations of the company. Your responsibilities will include maintaining accurate and timely financial records, conducting in-depth financial analysis, preparing comprehensive financial statements, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Given the collaborative nature of our work with Chinese partners and stakeholders, effective communication in Mandarin is crucial.


Your Impact:

  • Manage day-to-day financial operations, encompassing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, and reports to provide timely, accurate information to management and stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular financial analysis, monitoring performance, identifying trends, and offering insights for informed decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and other pertinent financial laws.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors to facilitate the annual audit process.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of financial controls and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Liaise with Chinese partners and stakeholders, providing financial information and support in Mandarin.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices for continuous improvement in financial processes.

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
  • Expertise in complex budgets, forecasting, and profit/loss management.
  • Proven Financial Accountant track record, preferably in real estate.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English, with effective communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across cultures.
