About the opportunity:

In this role, you will have responsibility for two Heavy Transport workshops located in Timaru. As the Branch Manager you will be responsible for providing leadership to both branch's and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the workshops. Additionally, you will be responsible for fostering strong rapport with customers.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of skilled technicians.
• Liaise with customers and build rapport.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the workshop.
• Complete any relevant paperwork.

About you:

• Proven experience in a leadership role with relevant industry knowledge.
• Great communication skills.
• The ability to build rapport with your team and customers.
• Have a positive and can do attitude.
• Effective time management skills.
