Super Star Service Advisor needed

Our sunny Gisborne dealership needs a customer focused Service Advisor to join and support our Parts and Service team. We are Gisborne’s Nissan and Isuzu franchise dealer, we are also the Holden and Hyundai service agents.
The key parts of your role will be:
• Booking service and repair appointments
• Meeting, greeting and communicating with customers throughout their service and repairs
• Processing repair orders, taking payments.
• Responding to customer enquiries.
As well as being honest and reliable you will need:
• Strong admin and computer experience and skills
• The drive to exceed customer expectations
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work rostered Saturdays
• Be able to multi task and work as part of a team
• Good time management and organisational skills to be able to work to deadlines
Monday to Friday 7.45am – 5.15pm
