They build across industrial and commercial up to $80M. Projects span large distribution centres, commercial office blocks, warehousing, complex industrial factories. They have confirmed projects about to commence which are $20M contract value. Your role will be performing measures, sub-contractor liaison and pricing, cost management and setting budgets, managing and processing variations, final account work in terms of cost reporting and reconciliations.
This role would suit an applicant with at least 8+ years of commercial main contractor experience and have relevant tertiary qualifications. You are a natural communicator and build relationships at all levels with ease. Technically you are accomplished with pricing and estimating with an understanding of the market. You have also experience worked on design and build projects.
