Site Manager

Our client is a company that works across a diverse range of projects and are looking for a new Site Manager to join their team.

As the Site Manager, you will be the driving force behind their projects overseeing every aspect of construction from beginning to handover.

Responsibilities include:

• Full-time on-site management and leadership of internal staff / trades and subcontractors
• Trade scheduling and project planning
• Identifying and resolving any construction issues promptly and efficiently
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date project documentation
• Liaison with Project Manager to ensure budget and time constraints are met

Skills and experience

• Five years experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry
• A trade qualification in Carpentry
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality construction projects on time and within budget
• Excellent understanding of construction methodologies, building codes, and H and S regulations
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• Experience in stakeholder management
