- Directing and controlling traffic at construction sites, events, and roadworks.
- Ensuring the safety of motorists, pedestrians, and fellow workers.
- Setting up and removing road signs and traffic cones as required.
- Communicating effectively with team members and drivers to maintain a safe working environment.
- Assisting with traffic management plans and adhering to regulations.
**Requirements:**
- Hold or willing to obtain a Traffic Controller certificate (TC Level 1) or higher.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team and handle challenging situations.
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- A strong sense of responsibility and safety-conscious attitude.
